Welcome to the Maryland State's Attorneys'Association Program/Conference Download Service. Handouts for MSAA training programs and conferences will be posted on this site immediately prior to the program/conference and remain for a reasonable time thereafter for viewing and downloading at your convenience. Copies of handouts will not be distributed at our training programs and conferences as they have been in the past.
